Job summary

Vantor is seeking a senior test and evaluation professional to join the team supporting space sensing and mission readiness for the U.S. Space Force. You will test, analyze, verify, and validate complex space and ground systems, identifying mitigations early to keep programs on track.

You will lead DT&E planning activities, develop TEMPs and STPs, and coordinate with government clients, prime contractors, and ITT/DRB sessions to ensure readiness for operational testing.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a technology field.
• 10+ years in test and evaluation, verification, or system integration on Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
• 5+ years supporting Government DT&E programs as part of LDTO.
• Experience planning and reporting DT&E activities for certification of readiness.
• Experience executing tests and generating test reports with findings and recommendations.
• Experience developing TEMPs, STPs, RVPs, and RVRs.
• Experience conducting system-of-systems tests for space-to-ground or cross-segment integration.
