Impulse Space in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to own PCB-level hardware from schematic capture through bring-up, test and integration on a new space vehicle project.

You will work with multidisciplinary spacecraft teams across digital, analog and power electronics, taking ownership of hardware and driving it through design, build, and integration toward mission success.

Formación

• PCB-level hardware ownership from schematic to integration across multiple lifecycles.
• Experience with digital, analog or power electronics applicable to spacecraft hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot and bring up hardware in the lab and align with system teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own PCB-level electrical designs from schematic capture through bring-up, test and integration.
• Develop hardware across digital, analog and/or power electronics depending on strengths.
• Translate system-level architectures into detailed circuit designs.
• Design hardware involving microcontrollers, Ethernet/RS-422, power distribution and telemetry.
• Troubleshoot hardware in the lab and drive issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary spacecraft teams to integrate hardware into the system.
