Job summary

Innisbrook Resort in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager of Spa and Wellness to oversee the daily operations of the Spa team with support from the Director.

Responsibilities

• Training: Organize and conduct spa front desk training, develop, implement induction programs.
• Systems: Review SOPs, ensure standards, update spa front desk filing system.
• Spa Operations: Oversee spa reception and retail; manage large spa groups; coordinate with F&B and concierge; handle guest concerns.
• Meetings: Attend weekly spa management meetings and monthly staff meetings.
