Hilton is seeking a Spa Wellness Manager for the Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea. The role oversees daily spa operations, vendor coordination, and guest experiences while guiding a team of therapists and spa staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as Massage Therapist or Aesthetician or Spa Management with 10+ providers
• Experience using Book4Time scheduling tool
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations including guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and budgets to ensure smooth performance
• Maximize revenue by developing spa menus and implementing marketing/merchandising efforts
• Maintain spa facilities and equipment to ensure safe, clean, and premium conditions
• Elevate guest satisfaction by monitoring trends, addressing feedback, and implementing improvements
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching, evaluations, and professional development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across the spa
