Job summary

Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria Maui, Grand Wailea, seeks a Spa Operations Manager to lead daily spa operations. You will supervise service delivery, manage budgets, and partner with providers to ensure superb guest experiences on a premier resort property.

You will drive revenue through thoughtful spa menus, oversee facilities maintenance, and coach a high-performing team while maintaining strict health and safety standards in a Forbes/AAA ranked setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Spa Management experience.
• Experience using Book4Time scheduling tool.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations including guest service, product quality, inventory, systems and budgets.
• Maximize revenue by developing spa menus and marketing strategies.
• Maintain spa facilities to ensure cleanliness and proper function of equipment.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and implementing improvements.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching, evaluations and development opportunities.
• Uphold health, safety and sanitation standards across the spa.
