Gulf Bay Group of Companies’ Fiddler’s Creek is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet members and guests, answer calls, book spa and fitness appointments, and process payments. You will keep the lobby, pool area and locker rooms in immaculate order and support a luxury club and spa environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be offered through Fiddler’s Creek).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously; book spa and fitness appointments.
• Process charges for services and assist with check-in/out.
• Maintain immaculate lobby, pool area, locker rooms and refreshment station.
• Promote quality, professionalism and guest satisfaction.
