Job summary

Leslie’s is hiring a Spa Technician to maintain hot tubs and swim spas for residential and commercial clients. You will test water, adjust chlorine and pH, perform preventative maintenance, and provide expert recommendations with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience as a spa technician preferred.
• Knowledge of spa cleaning, maintenance, and chemical properties.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in harsh weather.
• Ability to operate vehicles to transport materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH).
• Perform preventive maintenance (filters, bulbs, etc.).
• Drain/re-fill hot tubs and swim spas.
• Maintain stocked inventory of equipment/chemicals.
• Use spa vacuums to clean spa floors.
• Check and repair cracks or leaks in spa structures.
• Assist with deliveries as needed.
• Follow company driving policies and maintain vehicle.
• Keep records and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure top customer service.
