Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Denver is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver professional massage and skin care services in a luxury setting. You will ensure a personalized, tranquil experience and uphold the highest standards of hospitality for every guest.

Applicants must hold a Massage Therapist License and Esthetician Certification, be fluent in English, and have legal US work authorization. Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Professional massage skills including herbal wraps, loofa treatments, aromatherapy, and reflexology are expected.
• Professional skin services for clients should be provided with high standards.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage and spa treatments to guests, including herbal wraps, loofa treatments, aromatherapy and reflexology.
• Offer professional skin care services and customize treatments to guest needs.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; resolve guest inquiries and requests related to spa services.

Spa Therapist

The ability to provide professional massage for any client including herbal wraps, loofa treatments, aromatherapy and reflexology treatments. The ability to provide a professional skin services for our clients. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services. Massage Therapist License and Esthetician Certification is required.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, evening, weekends and holiday shifts. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
