We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our wellness team and provide exceptional therapeutic massage services in a refined hospitality setting. In this role, you will help create a relaxing, restorative experience for guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and guest care.

What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality massage services tailored to each guest’s needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Conduct thorough pre-service consultations to assess guest concerns, preferences, and any contraindications.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, and private treatment environment that reflects a premium guest experience.
• Apply a strong understanding of anatomy, technique, and therapeutic best practices in every session.
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards for treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Document services appropriately and communicate professionally with spa and hospitality team members.
• Promote additional wellness offerings and support guest engagement in a thoughtful, service-oriented manner.
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Current massage therapy licensure in good standing, as required by state and local regulations.
• Professional training in massage therapy with demonstrated hands‑on experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide warm, attentive, guest‑focused service.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities and the ability to adapt techniques to individual needs.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ability to maintain physical stamina and perform services in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and consistent service quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a luxury spa, resort, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with therapeutic, relaxation, and specialty massage treatments.
• Additional wellness certifications or training are a plus.
