The Spa Supervisor is the face of The Spa at Flying Horse, responsible for ensuring guests have positive and memorable experiences. This role oversees all reception area employees, manages retail stock and displays, and assists the Spa Manager with daily operations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements: One year of experience in a spa environment is required, with three years in a supervisory or managerial role and one year in customer service or hospitality. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with computers (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with tact and diplomacy in dealing with members and staff. Ability to work under deadlines, independently, and as part of a team is necessary.
