Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Spa Manager to lead Life Spa services and retail staff, drive revenue, and oversee operations in alignment with the company mission. The role focuses on coaching, financial stewardship, and delivering exceptional customer experiences within the Life Spa department.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Spa or Retail leadership, a Spa Manager Certification, and required state licenses, along with strong Microsoft Office skills to support daily operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Salon, Spa, Hospitality or Retail Leadership.
• Spa Manager Certification is required; licenses as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides weekly or monthly coaching sessions to develop, support and educate team members while building strong professional relationships to ensure high team member retention.
• Monitors the LifeSpa profit and loss statement and makes necessary budget-based adjustments.
• Develops relationships with members and educates them on spa services and products to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Works the coordinator desk for 18-20 hours to coach and implement business-building best practices with the team.
