Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the Spa and Salon services and retail staff, driving revenue and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will oversee operations, financial performance, and the Life Spa Department team in alignment with Life Time's mission.

Responsibilities include coaching, budget monitoring, member education on services and products, and on-floor coaching at the coordinator desk for business growth.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years leadership in salon/spa/hospitality/retail.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Spa Manager Certification and licenses as required.
• Experience in administrative or operational roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides weekly or monthly coaching sessions to develop and educate team members.
• Monitors the LifeSpa profit and loss statement and makes budget-based adjustments.
• Uses customer service and communication skills to educate members on spa services and products.
• Works the coordinator desk for 18-20 hours to coach and build business practices.
