Life Time Naperville is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the Spa and Salon services and retail team, driving revenue while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will oversee operations, budgets, and staff, align with Life Time’s mission, and coach the team to deliver industry-leading experiences.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in salon, spa, hospitality or retail leadership, a Spa Manager Certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Spa Manager Certification and required licenses.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly or monthly coaching to develop team and retain staff.
• Monitor profit and loss and adjust to budget.
• Develop relationships with members and educate on services/products.
• Work at coordinator desk 18-20 hours for coaching and business-building best practices.
