Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Artist to guide and inspire the LifeSpa team in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. The ideal candidate will provide exemplary service, manage operational tasks, and ensure the financial success of the team. Requirements include 5+ years of technical experience with appropriate licenses, and a high school diploma. Preferred qualifications include salon/spa leadership experience. • Staffs and recruits talent while ensuring schedules are optimized.
• Places and receives orders and completes weekly inventory.
• Manages the hourly and commissioned Team Member payroll.
• Hosts a monthly Team Member Meeting & Weekly 1 to 1 meetings.

Position Summary

The Lead Artist will be the example to all other technicians by providing best in class services in his/her technical domain to LifeSpa Members and Guests. They will hire and coach the LifeSpa team to ensure they are financially successful as well as own operational duties such as inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor management.
