Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years in Salon/Spa/Hospitality or Retail Leadership.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Spa Manager Certification and applicable licenses required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly/monthly coaching to develop and retain team members.
• Monitor spa profit and loss and adjust within budget guidelines.
• Educate members on spa services/products and build relationships.
