Job summary

Hand & Stone South Park is seeking energetic full- and part-time Sales Associates to join our team. You will meet membership sales goals, educate clients on services, and deliver outstanding customer care in a fast-paced spa environment.

The role offers a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning additional per-hour commissions. A friendly, team-oriented atmosphere and opportunities for advancement are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Maintain knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits of services and enhancements.
• Provide excellent customer experience through phone and in-person interactions; greet clients and manage memberships.
