Job summary

Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock is seeking a Spa Sales Manager to drive group bookings and membership sales while supporting day-to-day spa operations. The role offers a base salary with quarterly incentive opportunities and requires flexible scheduling within spa hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, negotiate, and manage proposals and agreements for group opportunities and other sales initiatives.
• Lead the Spa Membership program, including membership acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, renewal, referrals.
• Drive spa revenue and memberships through partnerships across local, corporate, residential, wellness, and hospitality markets.
• Oversee the gym/fitness center, wellness classes, and providers to ensure a high-quality guest and member experience.
• Conduct external sales activities including client appointments, events, site visits, and local outreach.
• Plan membership events, activations, open houses, pop-ups, and partner events to increase awareness and leads.
• Maintain spa facilities and manage budgets to ensure smooth operations.
