Hilton Sedona is seeking a friendly Fitness Instructor to lead group and personal training sessions for guests and members of varying fitness levels, in a welcoming spa-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading group fitness classes or personal training sessions.
• Ability to assess participants and modify workouts for safety and effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, equipment use, and wellness practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes, specialty wellness classes, or personal training sessions for guests and members of varying fitness levels.
• Assess participant needs and modify exercises to ensure safe and effective workouts.
• Educate participants on proper exercise techniques, equipment use, and wellness practices.
• Monitor guests during workouts, provide encouragement, and correct form as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional fitness environment, including studios, equipment, and locker areas.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures for the fitness facility.
• Perform routine inspections of fitness equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Promote wellness activities, fitness classes, fitness services, and special events to increase participation and revenue.
• Maintain current knowledge of fitness trends, exercise science, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, emergency, sanitation, and company policies.
