Massage Envy Lee's Summit is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales to lead the front desk and therapist teams in a fast-paced spa environment. You will drive membership and retail goals, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a high standard of guest service and clinic presentation.

The role emphasizes sales performance, leadership, and hands-on training, with a schedule that varies and includes some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Management or marketing experience in service/retail industry helpful.
• Sales experience in the service/retail industry.
• Willingness to hold themselves and a team to the highest standards.
• Ability to effectively interact with and communicate expectations to staff and up-line to Manager.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• Proficiency in generating membership and retail sales goals and interpreting trends in sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Assists Manager in and oversees management duties
• Sets and coaches a team to achieve daily sales goals
• Acts as an example to a sales team, by regularly achieving personal goals
• Maintains an impeccable and clean clinic
• Coach and train front desk associates and therapists on sales process
• Balance sales detail report and make daily deposits
• Ensure employee work time is properly recorded and payroll is processed in a timely manner
• Keeps track and documents inventory and order supplies
• Understands, believes in and upholds Massage Envy’s Purpose, Vision and Values
• General knowledge of modalities offered and understands, believes in, and upholds the benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
