Massage Envy Lee's Summit is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales to lead the front desk and therapist teams in a fast-paced spa environment. You will drive membership and retail goals, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a high standard of guest service and clinic presentation.

The role emphasizes sales performance, leadership, and hands-on training, with a schedule that varies and includes some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Management or marketing experience in service/retail industry helpful.
• Sales experience in the service/retail industry.
• Willingness to hold themselves and a team to the highest standards.
• Ability to effectively interact with and communicate expectations to staff and up-line to Manager.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• Proficiency in generating membership and retail sales goals and interpreting trends in sales reports.

Responsibilities

Massage Envy Lee's Summit currently has an opening for an Assistant Manager of Sales position. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency. The position is full-time and the schedule varies.

**This is a sales, customer service and management position and NOT a clerical, office manager position.** (Only qualified candidates will be considered.)
