Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests.
• Recommend memberships, services, upgrades, and promotions.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage guest experiences from check‑in to check‑out.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism.
• Support the team in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
