Job summary

Hand & Stone Franchise Corp in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a front desk associate to greet members and guests, answer phones, book appointments, and sell memberships and upgrades while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires weekend availability, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment. Competitive hourly compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Zenoti (will train) and basic accounting principles.
• Able to work flexible days and hours.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest.
