The role focuses on meeting membership sales goals, educating clients on services, handling calls and appointments, and contributing to a positive, high-energy team.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance-based goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of service menu and educate clients on benefits
• Provide excellent customer experience via phone, appointments, greeting clients and sales
• Passionately promote sales, promotions and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
