Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Maintain knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits of services and enhancements.
• Provide excellent customer experience through phone calls, appointments, greetings, and membership sales/management.
• Promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
