You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced spa environment and help clients experience memorable visits. As a Sales Associate, you will meet membership sales goals, educate clients on services, answer calls, schedule appointments, greet clients, and promote promotions and events.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Successfully achieve performance-based goals (Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales)
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits
• Provide an excellent customer experience via phone, appointments, greeting clients, and membership sales
• Promote sales, promotions, and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform various other duties as assigned
