Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Southern Pines is seeking Sales Associates to join our team. You will drive membership sales, educate clients on services, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced spa environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, goal-oriented performance, and promoting promotions while maintaining spa cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Achieve performance-based goals including Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits.
Provide an excellent customer experience via phone, appointments, greeting clients and membership sales.
Promote sales, promotions, and events.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
