A base hourly rate plus uncapped commission rewards performance and client engagement. Our role requires strong communication, reliability, and a customer-first attitude, with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

• Experience achieving sales goals and performance targets

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance-based targets (Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales)
• Educate clients on service menu and benefits
• Provide outstanding customer experience via phone and in-person interactions
• Promote promotions and events
• Maintain spa cleanliness and appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
