The role offers a base hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior sales experience and a customer-first attitude are highly valued in a fast-paced spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership and company (membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, gift card sales).
• Maintain knowledge of service menu and educate clients on benefits of services and enhancements.
• Provide excellent customer experience via phone, appointments, greetings, and membership sales/management.
• Promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
