Spavia Hulen Center is seeking a part-time Spa Sales and Guest Services Associate, called Guest Advisor, to deliver five-star experiences in a calm, beautiful setting. The role offers a reliable schedule with hourly pay plus membership and retail commissions, bonuses, and benefits.

Typical shifts are 6–8 hours, with training provided; flexible weekend/evening availability is required. You will greet guests, book appointments, provide education on treatments, memberships, and retail products, and

Spa Sales and Guest Services

Spavia Hulen Center is hiring a part-time spa sales and guest services associate that we call Guest Advisor. If you love creating five-star experiences, connecting with people, and working in a calm, beautiful environment--this role is for you. Enjoy the balance of working in the wellness industry with a consistent, reliable schedule.

Schedule & Benefits

• Hourly base of $11 + membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses.
• Extra pay from membership sales, retail sales & bonuses
• As you hit your sales goals, your hourly rate will be closer to $12-15/hr.
