Job summary

The Belgrove, a distinguished new 4‑Diamond resort property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, is located in West Palm Beach. This Spa Receptionist role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service and guiding guests through spa facilities and services.

You will greet guests, stock and tidy the spa, assist with equipment use, and coordinate bookings by phone or in person to create a relaxing, memorable experience. CPR/First Aid preferred; weekend and holiday work is required.

Qualifications

Guest-focused Spa Receptionist role requiring welcoming demeanor and excellent service.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and operate front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

Greeting clients as they enter the Spa.
Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
Assisting guests with booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
