Qualifications

• CPR certification or First Aid preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and warm, engaging personality.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in guest interactions and records.
• Clear, proactive communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the Spa.
• Provide tours and information about the Spa and its facilities.
• Assist guests with proper equipment usage.
• Assist guests with booking treatments and record transactions.
• Report accidents or injuries to Security and maintain spa cleanliness and stock.
