Kohler Co. seeks a spa receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and support premium spa services at the Kohler Waters Spa in Kohler, Wisconsin.

The role requires a polished appearance, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple guest-management systems in a fast-paced environment. This is a casual part-time onsite position with daytime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of application.
• HS Diploma or GED required at time of application.
• Prior hospitality service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use multiple computer/guest management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and maintain luxury cleanliness standards.
• Proficiently use ResortSuite to process transactions and book spa treatments.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations and communicate spa policies and options to guests.
• Support spa retail sales and coordinate with technicians to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle check-out, apply discounts, and attach commissions carefully.
• Receive and help resolve guest feedback with supervision.
• Enforce spa policies to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
• Assist with spa amenity and facility upkeep.

This individual responds to a wide variety of guest requests to create special moments and memorable experiences through passionate, attentive service. Ideal candidates are driven individuals who believe in providing outstanding guest experiences and coming to work energized and ready to carry that spirit throughout the day. With the rest of the guest service team, they work hard to encourage, challenge, and support one another to be their best. This position requires an extremely polished appearance, professional etiquette and a warm and friendly personality.

As a Spa Receptionist you will:

• Consistently provide outstanding service and maintain cleanliness standards at a luxury level.
• Proficiently use ResortSuite software systems to correctly process transactions, complete orders and accurately book/edit spa treatments.
• Ensure accuracy of all reservations with a knowledge of spa treatments, spa policies, spa amenities and overall hotel options and ability to communicate with our guest.
• Support all spa retail sales and communicate with technicians to allow our guests to experience our premium products and enhance their treatments.
• Provide a seamless and accurate check out paying special attention to attaching commissions, applying discounts and package billing.
• Receive guest feedback/complaints and, with supervision, resolve any guest/staff issues as they arise.
• Enforce spa policies (service requirements, age restrictions, guest behavior, etc.) with supervision/support to maintain a relaxing spa atmosphere.
• Support the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa guest amenities, facility and equipment.

This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours are between 6:30 am - 9:30 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older at time of application.
• Must have HS Diploma or GED credential at time of application.
• Prior hospitality service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to perform tasks requiring use of multiple computer/guest management systems
• Ability to stand for 5+ hours

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $12.40 - $18.60. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location. tips/gratuity ($5-$7 hr tip pool).
