Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Spa team member for its Everline Resort & Spa in California’s Olympic Valley. Your role involves ensuring that guests receive a pampered, relaxing experience through booking appointments, greeting guests, and providing detailed information about spa services.

Ideal candidates have previous experience in the spa or salon industry and strong customer service skills. This position offers an hourly rate of $18-$20 and numerous benefits including discounts and growth opportunities.

• Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred.
• Must be capable of carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 20 lbs.
• Experience answering phones and using a computer.

Position Summary

As a member of our Spa team, you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. You will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and escorting guests to treatment areas. You will also use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products.
