CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Spa team member for its Everline Resort & Spa in California’s Olympic Valley. Your role involves ensuring that guests receive a pampered, relaxing experience through booking appointments, greeting guests, and providing detailed information about spa services.

Ideal candidates have previous experience in the spa or salon industry and strong customer service skills. This position offers an hourly rate of $18-$20 and numerous benefits including discounts and growth opportunities.

Position Summary

As a member of our Spa team, you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. You will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and escorting guests to treatment areas. You will also use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones in a friendly and courteous manner, providing information, scheduling appointments, and taking necessary notes.
• Complete payment transactions prior to or after a guest’s spa/salon treatment.
• Assist in maintaining a professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities.
• Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and requests to the appropriate service provider.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Industry related certifications or education a plus.
