Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly Front of House Agent to manage reception and clerical tasks for the lodging building. As the first contact for guests, you will ensure a positive first impression and outstanding service throughout arrivals, departures, and daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring guest service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle arrivals and departures, assisting with guest accounting.
• Answer inbound and in-house phone calls, book reservations, and assist with inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries via email.
• Log maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
• Prepare daily occupancy and arrival/departure reports.
• Maintain lobby coffee service and assist in mailroom operations.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep lobby and back areas clean.
• Provide bell service and valet assistance as needed.

Our Front Desk Agents deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring all needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
