Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, managing bookings, handling inquiries and payments, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in spa, hospitality, front desk, or guest services in a luxury setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with spa or hotel systems such as Book4Time, Opera.
• Passion for wellness and guest service with a professional demeanor.

About the role

What you will do

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about spa services, amenities, and facilities.

• Schedule, coordinate, and manage spa appointments to ensure accuracy and alignment with guest preferences.

• Handle guest inquiries, process payments, gift certificates, and retail transactions while maintaining accurate records.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area, including monitoring guest spaces and replenishing supplies as needed.

• Collaborate with spa, housekeeping, engineering, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

What you bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa, hospitality, front desk, or guest services role, preferably in a luxury environment.

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with spa or hotel systems such as Book4Time, Opera, or similar platforms preferred.

• Passion for wellness and hospitality, with a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional guest service.

• Valid authorization to work in the United States
