You will deliver anticipatory service, verify billing, and relay messages between guests and different teams. An enthusiastic mindset and attention to detail are crucial, along with a flexible schedule that accommodates weekend and holiday availability.

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $18/hour plus tips and numerous benefits, including free parking, holiday pay, and education reimbursement.

• Deliver exceptional, anticipatory service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and wishes with grace and professionalism, cultivating an atmosphere of serenity and genuine hospitality
• Process payments and verify billing details with accuracy and discretion, managing financial transactions—including cash handling—with the utmost integrity and coordination with accounting
• Serve as the central hub of communication, elegantly relaying messages between guests and resort departments while maintaining meticulous records of all interactions and requests
