Leslie's Poolmart Inc. is hiring Service Technicians to deliver exceptional spa and pool care. You will perform water care, balancing, and cleaning for customers on a pre-assigned route, while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Training and certifications will be provided to support repair capabilities. The role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions, requires lifting up to 50 lbs, and may require occasional travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly and monthly spa water care (this may be learned on the job).
• Provide weekly water balancing and pool cleaning services to a pre-assigned group of customers.
• Maintain goals set by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Complete and stay current on training and certifications to repair hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
