Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in California is seeking a friendly Spa Attendant to deliver welcoming, professional service to guests. You will tour spa facilities, maintain cleanliness, and support daily operations with a positive hospitality mindset.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work well under pressure, and collaborate with Spa Café and other teams to ensure guest comfort and safety. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply after probation.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Good command of the English Language.
• Service focused personality and passion for hospitality.
• Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to organize and prioritize based on guest needs to maintain team flow and efficiency.
• Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time.

Responsabilités

• Ensure an adequate supply of towels available.
• Monitor lounge chair assignment and availability, changing over lounge chair coverings between use.
• Answer guests questions and assist as needed; including providing water, sunscreen, and cleaning sunglasses.
• Support the Spa Café Food & Beverage Team as needed.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all health and safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

What you will be doing: Reporting to the Spa Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service

Rate of Pay: $26.00 per hour
