Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Supervisor to assist the Spa Manager in leading the daily operations, including retail, memberships, salon and fitness programs. You will support guest requests, budgeting input, and inventory management while coordinating group bookings and bridal parties.

The role emphasizes English communication, professional appearance, teamwork and a proactive, patient demeanor to ensure outstanding guest experiences within Crescent properties across North America.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity; preferably in a Spa, fitness or recreation facility.
• 3 years of experience working in a spa, fitness center, or recreation facility.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing leadership, direction and supervision of spa staff in daily operations.
• Oversee coordination of guest requests, budgeting, forecasting, inventory and ordering.
• Handle group bookings and bridal parties.
