Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Artist to set the standard for LifeSpa services. You will hire and coach the LifeSpa team, manage inventory and payroll, and oversee scheduling and labor. Your role blends hands-on beauty expertise with strong leadership to ensure financial and operational success.

The position requires 5+ years of technical experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant state licenses. Full-time, with commission-based pay and eligibility for incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Stand for prolonged periods and perform minor lifting.
• Have strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, greeting guests and ensuring comfort in LifeSpa.
• Deliver uncompromising technical services and expert beauty regimens.
• Coach lifeSpa team, manage inventory, orders, scheduling and payroll.
• Recruit and staff, optimize schedules and run weekly meetings.
• Drive service and retail education within the Life Time ecosystem.
