Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Nail Technician to deliver professional nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and related services, while upholding the highest standards of guest service.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience, a current Arizona Nail Technician license, Forbes Spa Standards training preferred, and strong time management, accuracy, and communication skills in a team-driven luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Nail Technician.
• Current Arizona State Nail Technician License.
• Forbes Spa Standards training, preferred.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail care treatments including polish, manicures, pedicures, paraffin, acrylics, etc., per regulations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Keep records as required by regulations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Perform general Spa/Salon duties as needed.
