Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix seeks a Massage Therapist to perform massages and body treatments for guests in a safe, professional manner.

The role requires graduation from an accredited massage therapy program, an active Arizona license, and excellent customer service. It offers full-time hours with Friday–Monday availability and access to travel benefits, including Go Hilton travel perks, within a luxury resort spa environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of massage therapy.
• Current Arizona Massage Therapist License in good standing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a resort spa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform massages and body treatments on guests using safe and professional techniques.
• Maintain inventory of products and towels necessary to perform all massages and body treatments.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
• Assist in spa operations when not scheduled to perform services.
• Stay up-to-date on personal services offered and answer questions about services and products.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by manager.
• Be punctual for work and appointments.
