Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore property in Phoenix is seeking a Nail Technician for a part-time role in our Tierra Luna Spa. You will provide professional nail care services, manage supplies, and uphold strict spa hygiene standards to ensure guest satisfaction and spa profitability.

Requirements include at least three years as a Nail Technician and an Arizona license; Forbes Spa Standards training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience as Nail Technician.
• Current Arizona State Nail Technician License.
• Forbes Spa Standards training preferred.
• Strong time management, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail care treatments including polish, manicures, pedicures, paraffin, acrylics, etc., per regulations.
• Inventory, use, and maintain supplies, products and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Keep records as required by regulations and company policy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Perform general Spa/Salon duties as needed.
