Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore property in Phoenix is seeking a Nail Technician for a part-time role in our Tierra Luna Spa. You will provide professional nail care services, manage supplies, and uphold strict spa hygiene standards to ensure guest satisfaction and spa profitability.

Requirements include at least three years as a Nail Technician and an Arizona license; Forbes Spa Standards training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience as Nail Technician.
• Current Arizona State Nail Technician License.
• Forbes Spa Standards training preferred.
• Strong time management, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail care treatments including polish, manicures, pedicures, paraffin, acrylics, etc., per regulations.
• Inventory, use, and maintain supplies, products and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Keep records as required by regulations and company policy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Perform general Spa/Salon duties as needed.

About our property

The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929. What you will have an opportunity to do

Our beautiful Tierra Luna Spa has a talented team delivering calming and unique experiences to our guests with cutting edge products and offerings inspired by the local culture and surroundings. The spa has 12 treatment rooms (indoor and outdoor), indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces, a café, contrast bathing (a hot tub and cold plunge pool), and one of the only freestanding outdoor Halotherapy rooms where guests can boost their immunity and cleanse their respiratory system. As a Nail Technician, you would be responsible for providing professional nail care treatments for guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

This is a part-time position.

• Provide professional nail care treatments to include but not limited to, polish applications, manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatment, acrylics, etc. in accordance with state, local and company health safety regulations.
• Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Ensure product knowledge.
• Maintain records as required by federal, state and local and company regulations.
• Respond to guest inquires and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform general Spa/Salon duties, as needed.

What are we looking for

• At least three (3) years experience as Nail Technician
• Current Arizona State Nail Technician License
• Trained in Forbes Spa Standards, preferred
• Excellent time management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
