Job summary

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Nail Technician to deliver professional nail services to guests in our luxury setting. You will perform manicures, pedicures, and related treatments while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and hygiene.

Requirements include Florida Board of Cosmetology Certification and at least 2 years of nail experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort. The role offers full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package, employee meals, and staff

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Board of Cosmetology requirements including sanitation and hygiene standards; comply with local legislation as required.
• Ensure environment, lighting, scents, and temperature are to guest’s comfort and spa standards.
• Set up, utilize and clean equipment; ensure quality and par levels for linens and supplies; clean and break down work area.
• Actively promote and sell retail items.

The Nail Technician

performs nail services and procedures on guests based on their request, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, paraffin dips, polish change, Shellac services, callus treatments, and any specialty treatments related to nails.

What You Will Do

• Provide professional and relaxed nail service to all guests, maintaining the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Adhere to all Board of Cosmetology requirements including all sanitation and hygiene standards and complies with local legislation as required.
• Ensure environment, lighting, scents, and temperature are to guest’s comfort and spa standards.
• Set up, utilize and clean equipment in the nail salon. Ensure quality and par levels for linens and supplies. Clean and break down work area
• Actively promote and sell retail items.

What You Bring

• Florida Board of Cosmetology Certification required.
• At least 2 years of nail technician experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Upselling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
