The Sales Associate role includes meeting membership sales goals and promoting our services. You will earn a base hourly rate tailored to experience plus an uncapped commission on membership sales, with top performers earning additional commissions.

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis.

• Provide an excellent customer experience through answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients and managing membership sales.
• Passionately promote sales, promotions and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
