Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa seeks a friendly Sales Associate to join the front desk. This commission-based role offers a base of $13 per hour, with potential to earn $16–$20+ per hour through commissions. Excellent communication and customer service are essential to promote memberships, gift cards, and spa services.

You will work as part of a team, book appointments, and participate in trainings while delivering a positive guest experience in a busy spa setting.

Responsibilities

• Book and reschedule clients’ massage and facial appointments using Zenoti.
• Sell memberships and gift cards by promoting deals and promotions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team sales quotas.
• Participate in formal and informal sales trainings and use scripts.
• Assist with front desk tasks and respond to customer inquiries.
