Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group's Denú Hotel & Spa in Phoenix is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality massage modalities and body treatments in line with spa standards. You will develop treatment plans, assess guest needs, and ensure exceptional service.

The role requires licensure, ongoing training, strict confidentiality, and adherence to safety, hygiene, and PPE protocols. Excellent communication and guest care are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy required to obtain a license/permit in the spa's state/county/city.
• Three to five years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist in a spa/hotel environment desired.
• Trained and certified in basic massage techniques; able to deliver Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other modalities.
• Maintain current licensure and permits as required by law; CPR may be required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver high levels of guest satisfaction while handling confidential information.
• Must complete ongoing training and understand safety, PPE and health standards.
• Able to read and follow safety rules and operating procedures in English.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage modalities and body treatments per spa protocols for male and female guests.
• Develop treatment plans based on guest needs and requests; upsell additional treatments and retail products.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment safety and inventory; document guest visits accurately.
• Adhere to safety, draping, PPE, and health standards; report hazards to management.
• Communicate with guests and other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
