Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to provide high-quality massage and body treatments on-site at our spa. You will create personalized treatment plans, ensure guest comfort, and uphold spa protocols and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of spa experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality. We value guest satisfaction, professional demeanor, and teamwork across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy required to obtain a license/permit in the state/county/city of the spa.
• Three to five years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist in a spa/hotel/resort environment desired.
• Must successfully complete a skills assessment if conducted at the spa.
• Trained and certified in all basic massage techniques.
• Must be able to perform all massage treatments offered by the spa for both men and women.
• Able to deliver diverse massage modalities including Swedish and Deep Tissue.
• Must maintain current Massage Therapist licenses/permits as required by law.
• Requires ability to serve guests through phone, computer and face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional guest service while performing massages and body treatments per spa standards.
• Delivers professional massage modalities in line with spa protocols and certifications.
• Develops treatment plans based on guest needs and requests.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction by listening to guests and addressing desires.
• Upsells additional treatments and retail products to patrons.
• Maintains knowledge of other spa services and amenities.
• Explains benefits of spa products, treatments and services to guests.
• Follows safety policies, draping procedures and PPE requirements.
