Ideal candidates hold a Minnesota Massage Therapist license and have 1–2 years of spa or resort experience. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with opportunities to grow within the spa program.

Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota Massage Therapist license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of spa, hotel, resort, or similar service experience preferred.
• Strong product and service knowledge, including retail offerings.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; guest-focused service.
• High level of personal and professional integrity; able to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional therapeutic massage services tailored to guest preferences and goals.
• Follow established treatment protocols; contribute ideas for new services.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations; review intake forms and contraindications.
• Maintain high safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards per state and resort policies.
• Adhere to cleaning and disinfection protocols between guests.
• Recommend retail products and additional services aligned with guest wellness goals.
• Communicate maintenance needs to Spa Operations Manager or Director of Spa & Wellness.
• Participate in team meetings and training; support a collaborative culture.
• Availability on weekends and holidays to accommodate guest schedules.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
